San Luis Aviation, Inc, UEID PNR2MPVHKL13, is awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) for 860 ESChat Licenses. The value of this PO is $394,267 to include all option years. The period of performance is from September 30, 2026 to September 29, 2030. Although the FBI’s operational and interoperability requirements justify a brand?name restriction (see attached J&A), the acquisition was competed as a limited?sources action under FAR Part 12. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is the contracting activity.
