Concessionaire - Galaxy Club
Description
The Concessionaire will provide Hot and Cold Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages to authorized patrons at the RAF Mildenhall Galaxy Club and catering for offsite locations. The Concessionaire will pay the NAFI 15% of GROSS sales per calendar month. Payment owed to the NAFI will be paid by the second business day of the month to include Concessionaire’s Settlement Report (totals sales receipt/tape) for the preceding month. Option Year 1 (01 October 2026–30 September 2027) – 15% Gross Sales per calendar month Option Year 2 (01 October 2027–30 September 2028) - 15% Gross Sales per calendar month Option Year 3 (01 October 2028–30 September 2029) - 15% Gross Sales per calendar month Option Year 4 (01 October 2029–30 September 2030) - 15% Gross Sales per calendar month
