The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Cafeteria & Food Truck Services. This is a concessionaire-type contract where the contractor will operate two cafeterias and a mobile food truck, paying the Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI) either a monthly concessionaire fee or a percentage of gross sales, whichever is greater. THE NAFI WILL NOT PAY FOR THESE SERVICES.
