FBI Los Angeles Division Sole Source to 360 Custom Trailers
Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to 360 Customs Trailer for the FBI Los Angeles Field Division. This requirement is for FBI Los Angeles Division and will be awarded to 360 Customs Trailer. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Hong Nguyen by email. The email address is [email protected]. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Attached is the Sole Source Justification for only one responsible source that can meet the agencies minimum need under FAR Part 13.
