This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract for toilet paper. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is set aside for small business and must be an AbilityOne approved vendor. Each item must meet these specifications: AbilityOne toilet paper, 2-Ply, White, Septic Safe, 550 rolls per sheet, NSN: 8540-01-380-0690. Estimated delivery should be within three weeks after receipt of award. Please see the attached Request for Quote: 15B40826Q00000019, which includes the item description, list of provisions, and list of clauses for this solicitation. Quotes must be submitted by e-mail to Kathleen Wood at [email protected] by no later than Friday, August 7, 2026 to be considered.
