Notice to award Gym Equipment AR Army National Guard

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The USPFO for Arkansas intends to issue a solicitation to secure a comprehensive set of gym equipment to support the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program at the Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) for the Arkansas Army National Guard (ARNG). The contractor shall deliver the following gym equipment. The brands and models listed are for reference to establish the required characteristics and quality; items that are "same as or equal to" will be considered sufficient. The required items include: Three (3) Power Racks (e.g., Rogue RML-490 Power Rack 3.0) Three (3) Flat Utility Benches (e.g., Rogue Flat Utility Bench 2.0) Five (5) Men's 20kg Barbells (e.g., Rogue Ohio Bar) Three (3) Women's 15kg Barbells (e.g., Rogue Bella Bar 2.0) One (1) Rubber-hex dumbbell set, 5–70 lb pairs with a 3-tier rack One (1) Kettlebell set, 5–50 lbs Three (3) Air Bikes (e.g., Rogue Echo Bike) Three (3) Commercial Grade Treadmills Three (3) Rack floor mats Five (5) pairs of barbell collars Four (4) 40 lb Sandbags This notice meets the requirements of RFO 12.201-1 Simplified procedures, paragraph (c)(2)(i) in order to solicit quotations directly from suppliers. Vendors may contact the POCs in this pre-solicitation notice to identify interest, but there is no guarantee that all interested vendors will be selected to receive the RFQ when issued. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued directly to suppliers on/around 23 September 2026. A Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation is being considered, with an anticipated award date on / around 23 September 2026.
